- powdercoating is a process that is very strong, durable, very good looking finish that will be able to stand all elements of weather, and of course your heat soaked engine bay all powdercoating can resist 450 degrees to 1500 degrees(with our high temp powder). This powdercoat will out last any spray paint out there!

 

How does powdercoating work?

- stripped and cleaned to the bare metal a gun is used to apply "powder" this powder when shot through the gun becomes statictic electrically charged. The part has a negative charge the gun has an activation switch which then lets the parte become charged. Then  once coated the part is placed in a special oven and then backed to a glossy shine.

 

How does a part go from a dull cast aluminum piece to a brilliant polished piece?

- Your part will go through a 15 step process from cleaning to polishing. This process depending on size of the part will undergo 15 to 60 hrs of work for one piece.

 

I have parts that i want polished, powdercoated,chromed or ported that weren't listed in Price List?

What if i am not satisfed with the work done?

-please write the exact problem of the part, i will be glad to redo the parts for free, i will include the shipping back to you. HOWEVER i will not refund your money.
